A programme of workplace based relaxation techniques to aid wellbeing

Our Trainers

Our mission is to provide high quality training that will give adults the knowledge and skills required to share the relaxation techniques of the IMPACT Wellbeing Programmes and positive touch of the Massage in Schools Programme with others.

C2W-Cover-photo.jpgWe developed IMPACT Wellbeing Programme in response to requests from staff in education and health looking for a programme to suit the needs of early years children and parents and young people.  We were also approached by staff working in a variety of occupations and those caring for others, often in residential settings.  Our programme meets the needs of most groups.

As therapists we know that there are simple techniques that can reduce the effects of stress. We wish to share our knowledge and skills to enable others to improve their wellbeing and experience an enhanced quality of life.

Touchline Training Ltd. is a not for profit company dedicated to enabling people of all ages improve their wellbeing.
