A programme of workplace based relaxation techniques to aid wellbeing

Meet an Instructor

As a consequence of our training, throughout the UK there are hundreds of instructors using the Massage in Schools Programme (MISP) and more recently the IMPACT Wellbeing Programme (IWP).  Some are also working overseas.

Do you or your organisation wish to be put into contact with an instructor who may be able to provide workshops or implement a programme of wellbeing?  Use the 'Contact Us' form to request information about trained instructors in your area.

We plan in future to provide more detailed information about instructors in your region and local area.

Carol Winmill

Carol is a qualified Holistic and Beauty Therapist and IMPACT Wellbeing Programme Instructor based in London.  She worked as a Spa therapist for a large hotel chain before completing her teaching qualification (DTLLS). Carol has been teaching for over five years.  She worked with students with Emotional and Behavioural Disabilities (EBD) teaching head massage and beauty therapies to help them with their behaviour problems.  Carol now teaches short courses such as Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Mindfulness for stress relief using techniques of the IMPACT Wellbeing Programme.   She provides workshops for community groups and makes the most of special events like NHS Mental health awareness week.

Carol says “I was asked to do a one hour workshop for mental health awareness week.  It was based in the Canary wharf ideas store in London. The learners really enjoyed the massage side of it and also the ten minute countdown meditation.  There was a really positive feel in the room and a little laughter as they practised the peer massage.  Their feedback was all positive.  So I would say a great success.”
